Registration at the Village consists of Priority Registration and Regular Registration, defined as follows:


  • Children of Church Members. A church member is defined as a person who has been received into membership of the Village Church
  • Children who are Currently Enrolled. Those children who are currently enrolled in a particular time slot will have first priority to retain that time slot.
  • Children who are Currently Enrolled and who wish to change to a different time slot.
  • Entering Siblings of children who are currently enrolled.
  • Children on Wait List. Priority will be determined by date of initial contact.


Returning Students (to assure priority registration):

Enrollment deposit for 1st choice time slot turned in with registration forms:

  • directory/photo permission slip
  • enrollment agreement
  • child and family info sheet

Additionally, your child’s files must be complete and/or up to date all previous tuition and fees must be paid.

New Students (to assure registration):

Enrollment deposit turned in with registration forms:

  • directory/photo permission slip
  • enrollment agreement

All other forms: admissions, medical, emergency must be complete and submitted by August 1st prior to the start of school in September of the same year.
